Return Policy

In accordance with Swedish law, you can regret your purchase and get a full refund of your money. Should you choose to do so, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods and tell us that you regret your purchase. After notification you can send us the unused and undamaged goods and we’ll refund your money, however not your shipping cost.

We initiate full refund immediately when we receive the parcel, but do note that it might take up to ten business days before the money reaches your account. This is entirely out of our hands and due to our payment provider.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all web-orders with an order value exceeding 30 Euro

Please see checkout page for a complete list of countries we sell to.

For web-orders with value under 30 Euro, we charge the following:

• 3.9 Euro for delivery within Sweden
• 4.9 Euro for delivery within EU
• 5.9 Euro for delivery to all other countries we are selling to. A complete list of countries we sell to can be found at checkout page.

Order fulfillment times
An order with us is guaranteed to be fulfilled by us and on it’s way to you within two workdays days Monday – Friday.

Shipping time
This is something we can’t guarantee since it’s out of our hands, but the agreed upon shipping times are as follows:

• Sweden: 1-3 days
• Europe: 2-7 days 
• Outside Europe: 2-9 days
