1. About Dianova Lapstone AB

2. Order
When your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details about the products, pricing, billing, and delivery address. If you find any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at order@dianova-ab.se.


3. Delivery
We typically process orders within one to two business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.

  • Shipping Method and Tracking: We offer free shipping via PostNord. Deliveries within Sweden are traceable by default. For international deliveries, tracking and insurance are optional and can be added for an additional fee. If you choose not to purchase tracking and insurance for international shipments, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary and depend on the destination country’s postal service.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

  • Within the EU: All prices include VAT.
  • Outside the EU: Prices exclude VAT. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and VAT that may apply in their country.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, or incorrect information.


5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order. To withdraw, contact us at order@dianova-ab.se with your name, address, email, order number, and details of the products you wish to return. Return the products within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the products.

5.2 Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized products tailored specially for you or with a clear personal touch.

6. Complaints
We inspect all products before dispatch. If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection laws.

6.1 Complaint Procedure

  • Report any errors or defects immediately to order@dianova-ab.se. Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • If we cannot fix the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws.
  • We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is not defective according to consumer protection laws. We follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).


7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the product. We do not accept liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or supplier issues. We are also not responsible for changes in product properties made by the supplier. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this site and for product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as color differences may occur due to monitor settings and photo quality.


9. Cookies
Under the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about cookies used. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit to provide various features. You can set your browser to automatically reject cookies. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, such as to fulfill our agreement or comply with legal obligations like the Accounting Act.

10.3 Legal Basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal information is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings are done with your consent.

  • Payment Providers: Information shared includes your name, address, email, and phone number. If paying by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider to process the purchase and prevent fraud. Our payment providers are Stripe and Swish.
  • Shipping Companies: To deliver your orders, we share specific information with shipping companies, including your name and address. Email and/or phone numbers may be shared for notifications. Our shipping partners include PostNord, DHL, UPS, DPD, DB Schenker, and Sendify.
  • Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider for marketing purposes.

  • Receive an extract of all information we have about you.
  • Request corrections of incorrect information or supplement incomplete information.

12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service, you can submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

In any dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
