1. About Dianova Lapstone AB

Dianova Lapstone AB (“we,” “us,” “our”) is based in Skelleftå, Sweden. Our mailing address is Uppfinnarvägen 56. For inquiries, please email info@dianova-ab.se with your contact details and your query.14.

2. Order

When your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details about the products, pricing, billing, and delivery address. If you find any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at order@dianova-ab.se.

3. Delivery

We typically process orders within one to two business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following business day. We offer free shipping via PostNord. Deliveries within Sweden are traceable. International delivery times vary and may depend on the destination country’s postal service. For shipment inquiries, contact order@dianova-ab.se.

4. Prices, Taxes and Duties

All prices include VAT for customers within the EU. For customers outside the EU, prices exclude VAT. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and VAT that may apply outside the EU. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or incorrect information.

5.Right of Widtdrawal

5.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order. To withdraw, contact us at order@dianova-ab.se with your name, address, email, order number, and details of the products you wish to return. Return the products within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the products.
5.2 Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
Customized products tailored specially for you or with a clear personal touch.

6. Complaints

We inspect all products before dispatch. If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will rectify the issue free of charge according to consumer protection laws. Contact us before returning a defective item.

6.1Complaint ProcedureReport any errors or defects immediately to order@dianova-ab.se including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue. If we cannot fix the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is not defective according to consumer protection laws. We follow ARN guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the product. We do not accept liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or supplier issues. We are also not responsible for changes in product properties made by the supplier.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this site and for product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as color differences may occur due to monitor settings and photo quality.

By shopping with Dianova Lapstone AB, you agree to our Privacy Policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and collect only necessary information to process your order. We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties without a legal basis.

10.1What is Personal Data?Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

10.2 Data We StoreTo manage your order and answer related queries, we store your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, such as to fulfill our agreement or comply with legal obligations like the Accounting Act.

10.3 Legal BasisIn connection with a purchase, your personal information is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings are done with your consent.

10.4 Data Sharing
10.4.1 Payment ProvidersWhen making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. This includes your name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider to carry out the purchase and prevent fraud. Our payment providers are Klarna and Stripe.

10.4.2 Shipping CompaniesTo deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we share specific information with the shipping company, including your name and address. Email and/or phone number may be shared for notifications. Our shipping partners are PostNord, DHL, UPS, DPS, DB Schenker, and Sendify.

10.4.3 NewsletterIf you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

10.5 Your RightsYou have the right to receive an extract of all information we have about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format. You also have the right to request corrections of incorrect information or supplement incomplete information. You can request deletion of your information at any time, except where it must be retained for legal obligations.

10.6 Data Protection OfficerDianova Lapstone is responsible for storing and processing personal data on the website and ensures compliance with regulations.

10.7 How we Protect Your DataWe use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information like personal data and passwords securely.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted online on the Website. The updated Terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service, you can submit a complaint to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

In any dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or the equivalent dispute resolution body. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
