Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement By signing up as an affiliate marketer with Dianova Lapstone AB (“Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and own a valid website, blog, or social media account suitable for promoting the Company’s products. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates will promote Dianova-AB.com products using approved marketing materials.
• Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any illegal activity while promoting the Company’s products.
• Affiliates must ensure all promotions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Commission and Payment

• Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
• The commission rate will be specified in the affiliate portal and may be updated by the Company with prior notice.
• Payments are made monthly, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold of [amount].

5. Use of Materials Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company’s logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for affiliate marketing purposes. Affiliates may not alter these materials without prior approval.

6. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent the Company’s products or services.
• Bid on Company-related keywords for paid search advertising.
• Use the Company’s name or trademarks in domain names or social media handles.

7. Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by the Company.

9. Liability The Company is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of income or data.

10. Amendments The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
