Cook diamond sharpening stone with handle is a handheld diamond sharpener for sharpening and honing knives and tools.

It uses the same diamond surface as the Classic Cook but is equipped with a handle and finger guard. This provides better control and reduces the risk of your hand slipping onto the edge during sharpening.

The flat diamond surface ensures stable contact with the edge and allows for controlled angle sharpening.

Use

Hold the sharpener in your hand like a file and the knife to the side. Search for the edge using light strokes until the entire edge becomes shiny — this means you’ve found the correct angle.

Continue with even strokes along the entire edge. Repeat the same number of strokes on both sides of the knife.

When the edge starts to bite, turn the sharpener over and use the finer side to refine the edge.

The sharpener works for kitchen knives, hunting knives, and many types of tools.
